When Are We Online's website monitoring and server monitoring service tracks a delayed load time, lengthy response time, or poor performance on your server, it could be a latency issue caused by your ISP or network provider in that specific region. Redundant Server Monitoring means that we can essentially remove the variability of location in reporting server downtime.

As explained above, our model is relatively simple – but dependent on many moving parts. Internet and Network Providers often face service problems in different geolocation regions. Our initial web monitoring check starts from our South Florida based servers. South Florida connects multiple network backbones, resulting in some of the fastest web access nationally. If for some reason, we slow web server response time or web server errors, before we send out a false alarm, our primary server will fire off our other servers across the country.
